| These criteria are paramount regarding car mechanics: 1) competence 2) honesty and integrity 3) competitive pricing 4) an overarching criterion: professionalism Beyond those considerations, friendly, respectful service is a bonus. On all 5 criteria, Big O gets perfect marks from me, and that's both the tire and repair shops. I've been a customer for 3 or 4 years; my only regret is that I didn't start taking my vehicle there long before then. |

| I was on a road trip with a slow leak in one of my tires. When I discovered a nail in the tire, I went to another shop to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, the tire couldn?t be repaired because they found another issue right next to the nail. I called Big O for a quote and explained that I needed all four tires replaced that same day. They were able to order the tires and fit me in right away so I could get back on the road safely. They gave me a time to return, and although the work took a little longer than expected, the team stayed after closing to make sure the job got done. The staff was very nice and took care of my needs. The waiting area could be more comfortable?it's a couch, but it doesn?t feel quite right for a waiting room. |

| Service was first rate and their Downtown location. Saves me a day of parking every time I use them. But that wasn?t the only saving. I got three quotes for my tires and theirs was by far the best. |

| I?ve been a satisfied customer of Big O Tires since l used them up in Ladysmith since October 2012 when l brought my brand new Scion in for her first set of winter tires. I?m happy to say l have continued to have the utmost faith in Big O to this day. Thanks to a recent inspection and installation of her tires from them that meant our trip from Victoria up to Harrison Hot Springs and back was a totally worry free experience from the start to our safe return home. | So this place knows what they?re doing. I needed some tires balanced, and I first went to one of those handy drive up shops. They tried two times to balance my tires and each time they were almost worse than before. When I brought them here, they not only did it right, but they explained why the other place was having trouble: they didn?t seem to know about special foam inserts that electric car tires use now. Not knowing about these apparently makes balancing tires impossible. Being super friendly, laid-back, and also very quick, sealed the deal. I called just before noon, and they did the job that afternoon. I recommend, and will go back. |
