| In one day, out the next. In a time where so many things are getting delayed, getting the issue diagnosed and fixed was not one of them. They found the problem, they fixed the problem. Fast, quick and no delays, need a fix look no further than Big O Tire. Absolutely Dependable! |

| This was my 2nd visit in 2 years with this business, and I find their service to be very consistent so far. This most recent visit I needed an alternator replacement, but I wasn?t completely sure at first. The diagnostic was quick, they called and kept me in the loop on findings the morning of drop off. Before starting any work, Neil called and explained the issue. On top of that, he also explained in an easy to understand way, why my car had died the way it did, and what happened internally when that part stops working. I appreciate this as I have only owned a car of my own for around 5 years and still have a lot to learn. My invoice was transparent and itemized, so that I understood exactly what I was being charged for. No unexplained charges, and he was upfront that the part I needed was expensive and the labour was quick.. The manager of the auto repair location makes himself very available for questions, which is a relief because car repairs can be super intimidating. I will continue to consider this shop for car repairs when my regular mechanic (who is an family friend but very busy) isn?t available. I highly recommend calling Big O and adding to your list of considerations when needing work done. This is a shop that I would 100% be comfortable having my car towed to in a breakdown situation. I also need to shout out Gary who was there when I picked up. Super friendly and professional. |

| Big O really educated me prior to coming in on the best tires for my vehicle. They were patient and very knowledgeable. When I arrived we discovered the rims were proprietary and there might be trouble getting them off. They did! Very impressed. |

| I highly recommend Big-O! One of the best shops in all of Victoria. Gary and Marten are both knowledgeable and resourceful. Excellent service and quick turnaround. Tyler was exceptional with his service at the front desk. Amazing experience overall. |

| These guys are the best. It?s rare to find shops like this where you can trust them. I swapped over to winters and instead of telling my old tires were toast they said I prob had another summer on them. Will def be back to buy the next set. |
