| After we had three tires slashed in four days, Big-O were able to get us on our way, right away. Excellent service and communication, and top brand tires at very good prices. There are cheaper alternatives, but I'd rather go with the best, especially where my family is concerned. They do, also, seem to be positively engaged with the local community, which, to me, speaks volumes about their character as a business and individuals |

| Recommended by a good friend. I was told Neil was amazing but I got Gary when I called in. I don't know Neil, but Gary is the best. Love this place. Super nice folks and very accommodating. I basically said I need my 1999 4Runner (that's been sitting for 3 years and needs a ton of work) ready in 2 days to go camping and they came through big time. |

| Super quick appointment scheduling; like the next day! The guys there are always friendly and accommodating; they listen to my complaints about my vehicle and take them seriously. Great communication via phone or text. And it's so great having them downtown so that I can walk there and back home. |

| Very impressed! I called last minute hoping to get tires done on the Friday before a long weekend. Not only did they fit me in, they found me a great deal and did great work. The dealership had quoted me a price hundreds of dollars more. It was done quickly, they were very friendly and so far I have been so impressed with my new tires! |
