Service was good, but felt the maintenance work that was done was pricey and not warranted for the results that were not achieved.

I have been pleased in the past with the service I get from Big O, and this past week was no exception. My only issue, was not following one of the requests I made in writing. Perhaps an oversight and one that does not detract from my overall satisfaction.

Good repair, but the floor mats were covered in grease / oil. Quite disappointing, as this truck is a Collector. I had to scrub with soap and water, and may not have gotten all the grease off the vintage 29 year old floor mats.
