| Have been dealing with the company for a couple of decades and their service is first rate. Buying tires, rims , changing from snow to summer tires each year, storing your tires they are top drawer. Employees are well trained, personable and professional in all aspects of their Business! Great local company and so glad they are in the City. |

| Purchased a set of 4 37" tires for my truck originally a few years ago. Recently one was slashed and needed a replacement. Went in to Big-O and they informed me the manufacturer had discontinued them. They provided me with the part number and said to find whatever I could online and order it immediately. Tire came in, I phoned them in the morning and asked if they had an availability to swap out the tire and they said 'come on down'. Hadn't even hopped out of my truck by the time someone was outside ready to unload it. They rolled my old wheel in as well as the new tire and within 15 minutes it was swapped out and balanced. Even helped me load the old one back in the truck. Customer service there is 11/10 and would recommend them to anyone. |
