| I have been pleased in the past with the service I get from Big O, and this past week was no exception. My only issue, was not following one of the requests I made in writing. Perhaps an oversight and one that does not detract from my overall satisfaction. |

| Good repair, but the floor mats were covered in grease / oil. Quite disappointing, as this truck is a Collector. I had to scrub with soap and water, and may not have gotten all the grease off the vintage 29 year old floor mats. |

| I want to write something better here, but my last experience left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. I have been a customer of Big O Tires Quadra for some time now and have purchased 2 sets of tires. The disappointment has been with the mechanical service to my vehicle. Being given a time frame for the work to be done (dropping it off first thing in the morning and being notified closer to 5pm that it is done for a simple oil change) exceeding that by at least 4 hours, no mileage sticker applied to my windshield after the oil change. I will give it one more try the next time I need service for my vehicle and hope that the experience will be a good one. |

| I brought my car in for a braking issue. Big O provided diagnostic services and recommended I replace certain components. When I went to remove my wheels I noticed my lug nuts were extremely tight and one of my lug bolts snapped when attempting to remove a cross threaded nut. |
