| AS always, the team at Big O Quadra are very helpful and provided pretty prompt service. Had a slight issue with lug nuts not fitting, but resolved next day with right ones and 20 minutes. Highly recommend them, never been led astray or misled by them. |

| Great selection of wheels, unfortunate break down of the balancing machine added about 45min to an hour to our wait. But they were able to get the job done. The other anomaly was I was quoted two different wheels, when I decided to go with the first set, shipping was added to the quote, I would think this should have been there on the original out the door quote. Very happy with my choice and the service they provided. |

| I am a long time client of Big O Quadra, mostly great advice and service with one major challenge: not with tires but the garage service end,left the car with them overnight, when I got the car there was a dent in the right rear 1/4 panel tha wasn?t there originally.
