Tires ordered were not recieved. Was sold 30% inferior tires according to TireLab. The list price of tires ordered were about $230 each discounted to $169 each. Tires offered were $169.00 each. Performance ratings, tires ordered, 82%. Tires recieved 55%. After much negotiating I yiielded and accepted their offer. They did however reduce the bill 15%. It was unfortunate that I did not recieve the orginally ordered tires, which were far superior. Even looking at the tread design I was prompted to express my disappointment. More distressing was the degree to which I had to point out the obvious difference and how the arrangement was far from in my favour of recieving a fair compensation. |

a bit disappointed with my last appt. I scheduled it and ended up being a 2.5 hr wait. I appreciate your business and the business although I would have scheduled a different day if I knew walk in's took priority over scheduled. |

Initial appointment was made for the wrong day (on their end). Was asked 3 times about a vehicle I no longer had. Appointment took 2 hours to install tires from the time my vehicle entered their shop; they told me to expect one hour and never updated. Did not provide me with the pressure sensors they uninstalled. They identified a leak in my rear diff, but did not bother to check the level. Their shop is in cosmetic disrepair. Would not recommend and will not be going back. -Kyle |

Initial confusion on an aspect of required service. Over the past few years the vehicle's heating/cooling cabin lines have been flushed to resolve cabin odours. Well documented in your history for the vehicle but when I checked on status of the work a couple of hours in, this work was confused with coolant line flushing. The vehicle wasn't ready after 3 hours so I decided to get a cab home at 1 pm. When I came back the next morning it still wasn't ready, and after waiting for a while, I was told I would have to come back another time to deal with the unresolved tire sensors - indicator light not turning off. |

Lucas was amazing and I would have given full stars and I would have forgiven the loss of my wheel lock as it was replaced but when I got to the top of the Malahat and my TPS indicated low tire pressure. With non run flat and no where to turn around it was very anxious filled. On inspection I did not see any low tire and just hoped it was you guys not resetting the TSP, I managed to turn around and limp into the Harley Davidson dealer for a tire gauge no tires were low. Called BMW and they walked me through TSP reset. Nasty all round. Thank you Lucas for facilitating the tire replacement. Your professionalism was appreciated. The anxious top of the Malahat with low tire warning was not. Collene Armstrong |
