| I recently had a full inspection done for my car prior to selling, and as a result of that, had some work done as well to get it in optimum shape for prospective buyers. Lucas was excellent at communicating with me and as he knew I was selling, made sure that I was getting my best bang for my buck for getting work done. I feel that Big O goes the extra mile, and would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone. |

| AS always, the team at Big O Quadra are very helpful and provided pretty prompt service. Had a slight issue with lug nuts not fitting, but resolved next day with right ones and 20 minutes. Highly recommend them, never been led astray or misled by them. |

| Great selection of wheels, unfortunate break down of the balancing machine added about 45min to an hour to our wait. But they were able to get the job done. The other anomaly was I was quoted two different wheels, when I decided to go with the first set, shipping was added to the quote, I would think this should have been there on the original out the door quote. Very happy with my choice and the service they provided. |

| I am a long time client of Big O Quadra, mostly great advice and service with one major challenge: not with tires but the garage service end,left the car with them overnight, when I got the car there was a dent in the right rear 1/4 panel tha wasn?t there originally. Got no satisfaction or recognition of the problem ended up fixing it myself. Otherwise many years of good results from the tire end. You asked -I gave my experience |
