Gary and Tony are excellent at customer service, and making confusion disappear with kindness and patience. I?m proud to say I now own a set of winter tires with their very own rims! I?ll see you in early April, fellahs.

From out of town and showed up late in the day with a leak caused by a rock in the tire. The person at the front desk check with the crew to see if could squeeze me in and next thing I?m driving away with a fixed tire 1 minute after closing. Thank you all for great service.

I?ve been mostly a customer for years, and in that 1 or 2 times when I made a different choice I?ve felt less served at both time of purchase and during the life of tire. I?m very glad that my most recent choice was again with Big-O. Great service!

I had an excellent experience getting new tires from Big O Tires Victoria. They were so quick to get a quote on a selection of tires for my vehicle and then have them ordered, received and installed for me. The service I received was so welcoming and professional, so I highly recommend Big O Tires Victoria. Also, I love my vehicle's new tires!
