| I managed to limp my Subaru Outback to Big O on a Thursday. Discovered the Turbo blew. Had to bring in Turbo from Oregon. Long story short they were on it immediately. Got the car back new turbo installed ready to go Tuesday. Had the use of their courtesy car as well. A big thanks to Big O for the excellent service. Previously Purchased a set of tires. I am very impressed and I will be back. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tires or a mechanic. |

| I recently had a full inspection done for my car prior to selling, and as a result of that, had some work done as well to get it in optimum shape for prospective buyers. Lucas was excellent at communicating with me and as he knew I was selling, made sure that I was getting my best bang for my buck for getting work done. I feel that Big O goes the extra mile, and would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone. |
