| Big-O-Tire's went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. In addition to the work I brought my vehicle in for their mechanic's put my radiator under a pressure test for 24 hours and found the source of the coolant leak, (a leak in the water pump). |

Unlike many others they suggest ways to save money when possible and explain all options fully. In my opinion after having been ''ripped off' by many others over the years, Big O are the very best to go to for all service and tires. Their knowledge is exceptional from the exotic down. |

| I called and got a 10 am appointment to change my spark plugs. I showed up at 9:45 but on the wrong day. Tony was able to fit in my van and have it ready to go by 2:00. The repairs were completed a few $$ less than the estimate. I will be happy to bring my vehicles here when they need service. |

| I always have a great experience with the shop and the staff are knowledgeable. I once brought my car in to have my tire rim looked at, and they took off tire to look at rim - fixed it and sent me on my way - no charge! I always get my car back with great service. |
