| My last visit to big O tire was great , Had a challenging tail light issue on my camper after loading it on my truck . I liked the way another mechanic came over to assist has teamwork can solve problems much more efficiently than one when faced with very odd electrical issues.problem solved : ) |

| Big-O-Tire's went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. In addition to the work I brought my vehicle in for their mechanic's put my radiator under a pressure test for 24 hours and found the source of the coolant leak, (a leak in the water pump). |

| In over 60 years of driving, this Company is by far the best I have encountered.for service of any kind. They are professional, extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. Unlike many others they suggest ways to save money when possible and explain all options fully. I have recommended them to many others most of whom have taken the time to thank me for the advice.They treat everyone with respect and their employees are exceptional in all respects. In my opinion after having been ''ripped off' by many others over the years, Big O are the very best to go to for all service and tires. I thank them for the professional service I they have provided for both myself. my friends and acquaintances who have all been completely satisfied and have had nothing but praise for them. Their knowledge is exceptional from the exotic down. |

| I called and got a 10 am appointment to change my spark plugs. I showed up at 9:45 but on the wrong day. Tony was able to fit in my van and have it ready to go by 2:00. The repairs were completed a few $$ less than the estimate. I will be happy to bring my vehicles here when they need service. |
