| Awesome service as always, they always seem to have time and are very quick to book you in in an emergency. Been coming here a long time for both tires and repairs and will continue to do so as long as I am here. |

| I can?t recommend Big O enough. As a single woman, it can feel intimidating and frustrating to deal with mechanics. I?ve found the Big O team consistently approachable, respectful and helpful - I never feel condescended to when they?re explaining car work. Super happy with the service I receive at Big O! |

| I would give them a 6 if it was possible. I was in a bind with a nail in my tire 1/2 hour before closing on a weekend. I gave them a call and he said if I could get there before they left they would take a look when everyone else I called before said Monday. I was 2 hours from home so I needed the tire fixed. They took me in at closing time and had it repaired in 10 minutes. I would go back there anytime. |
