| Pleasant and professional staff. I showed up an hour early for my appointment to install and balance 2 tires and they got my job completed before my appointment time arrived. I would definitely recommend and use this garage again. As a former mechanic in a tire shop in another province, i will say I am very satisfied with the job done. |

| After we had three tires slashed in four days, Big-O were able to get us on our way, right away. Excellent service and communication, and top brand tires at very good prices. There are cheaper alternatives, but I'd rather go with the best, especially where my family is concerned.
