I dropped off my winter tires for storage. I was treated very well by staff who assisted me by unloading the tires and handling the storage details. Overall impression continues to be positive.

Gary and the team at Big O saved the day for us when our car broke down in downtown Victoria. They had a look at the car first thing the next morning and went out of their way to source the parts quickly to get us back on the road. Despite how busy they were, we were back driving again just a few days later. We?re so grateful ? they really saved our trip and did everything they could to help us out as soon as possible

Sure! Here?s a polished review you can use for Big O Tires: ? I recently visited Big O Tires for some repairs on my car, and as usual, the service was excellent. The staff were professional, efficient, and resolved all the issues with my vehicle to my full satisfaction. What I appreciate most is their consistency in delivering top-notch service every time. As a regular customer, I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount?just another reason why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!
