| My experience with Big O, over many years, for lube/oil, tires and other repairs (some more urgent than others) has been excellent - staff is knowledgeable, explain clearly what needs doing or doesn?t need doing & why. When an issue was outside of their expertise, I was referred elsewhere for a solution. |

| The team at Big-O were so great. Tony sourced the tires and arranged for them to be installed within 24 hours (the Toyota dealership said 3 months!) Everyone I dealt with at Big-O to was professional and courteous. |

| I went to O-Ties for the first time to get my tires switched for the winter. From the greeting to the finished job it did not longer than an hour. The staff is approachable, professional and very good managed. I will definitely consider to make them my number one team to deal with my car! |

| A huge thank you for your quick and great service . I had a screw in my tire and it was irreparable. They had the tires I needed in stock and was able to get me in within 30 minutes. The shop was busy but squeezed me in so I could get back to Vancouver . Would definitely recommend Big O Tires |
