The people at Big-O are friendly, helpful and I always feel I get what I need without all the ?extras? offered. I so my tires at one shop and my mechanics at the other and rate them a 5 star service. Sure, we always want things to cost less, but the value is there when things are done correctly the first time.

Big O saved my vacation! We arrived in Victoria on Friday after for a week-long vacation with a rear brake making horrible noise. The guys put it on the lift and said I needed rear brakes and it wasn?t safe to drive. Amazingly, they had the brakes replaced within 2 hours and we were in the road again! Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely?doesn?t get any better!

Big O Tires were awesome to deal with. They priced out both new and used options, and had great prices on both. I decided on new tires, they were ordered in and arrived quickly. The guys in the shop were all really friendly and the tires were installed with no issue. Thank you!

Big O has provided tires and serviced numerous vehicles for my family over decades. They are reliable, honest and stand behind their work. I trust their recommendations on what repairs need to be done immediately and which can wait. An estimate is provided up front. Recent repair work on my 2008 vehicle resulted in a much smoother ride. Based on my experience over the years, I highly recommend Big O.
